Stavanger

Client: Bachelor Thesis

Year: 2025

Category: City Branding

The concept was inspired by the design of the labels (etikett/iddikett/iddis) from the fishing- and canning industry (1873-1982). This was an important historical periode for the city and the local design community. Some important keywords were modern, timeless, unique, and hictorical.

Gare do Oriente

Client: Personal

Year: 2024

Category: Visual Identity & Wayfinding

The purpose was to create a design- and wayfinding system for Gare do Oriente (Oriente station) in Portugal, that guided the users effortlessly to their destination. The concept was inspired by the word "fluidity", "flow", and the Tagus river. 

Bokhyllen kafe

Client: Personal

Year: 2023

Category: Visual Identity & Menu

A cozy cafe which offers organic meals, coffee/tea, and a safe space for book lovers. The concept is inspired by bookshelves; how they are used as storage for multiple things and helps with organization. 

9. April 1940 by Jon Ewo

Client: Personal

Year: 2024

Category: Book design & Universal Design

A book for teenagers about the Second World War, focusing on the invasion in Norway. The book is written by Jon Ewo and the illustrations were made by Dag Frognes. This project was a part the course Social Responsibility in Graphic Design (SGD2100) at Kristiania. The rights to use text and illustrations/images for this purpose were cleared with the authors/illustrators as part of the course implementation.
